New respiratory protection standards 29 CFR 1910.134 and 8 CCR Section 5144. If your original respiratory training was before July 1, 1998, you are required to retrain to be in compliance with OSHA and CAL-OSHA regulations. This 8-hour course satisfies DOT 49 CFR training requirements for the shipment and transportation of hazardous materials and wastes.
